So let's say A character have legit High 3-A rating due to "Infinite Power", and then there's B character beat this A character or was said to be Comparable to A character. So, is that an anti-feat for A Character?

No? Why would that be an anti-feat. Just losing with no additional context isn't an anti-feat unless you're tier 0 (or extremely high into tier 1, maybe)

Idk.. Once upon a time i heard that why would someone with infinite power lose to someone who doesn't have infinite power. So i thought that was an antifeat

If there's evidence to suggest character B does not have infinite power and character A loses to them without character B using any type of hax, then that would be an anti-feat, yes.

Win or Lose is not always a reliable benchmark in cases like this. The more important approach is to evaluate everything on a case-by-case basis.

For example, a 5B character may defeat an H3A character, but not through physical strength, instead through hax abilities. In such a case, it must be clearly stated that the H3A character lost due to hax, not due to raw stats or physical superiority.

Additionally, if an H3A character loses in a purely physical confrontation against a 5B character, this does not automatically downgrade the H3A character’s tier or scaling. Instead, it can serve as an indication of higher attack potency or capability on the part of the 5B character, and this is where power scaling comes into play.

However, if the fiction explicitly states that a 5B character cannot be surpassed in terms of physical strength, then such a scenario may be considered an anti-feat for the H3A character. In this case, what is affected is typically durability rather than attack potency, meaning durability does not always scale directly with attack potency.

Ultimately, everything depends on a case-by-case interpretation based on how it is portrayed within the fiction.
