Can one obtain 1-A durability?

Can a character obtain 1-A-level durability if they demonstrate something like this ↓

For example, if a novel states that a certain place can never be destroyed and compares it to a character within a dream, then no matter what the character does within the dream, they cannot destroy the dream itself. That is what makes this place indestructible regardless of what the character does or how much power they possess.

As long as they're being literal, I suppose so
What do you think about this context?

"Well then! I'll destroy everything! Space-time! The universe! The higher universes, including that one too!"

UEG unleashed all of her power with all of her might, but the power that was supposed to destroy everything disappeared into the void. The power of UEG had no effect on the surroundings.

"It's useless. There's nothing here. You can't destroy something that isn't there."

Don’t mess with me! There’s no such concept!”

"To put it more simply, this is like a dream you're having yourself. No matter what you do in that dream, you can't destroy that dream itself, can you?"

Do you think this is a good context that could grant 1-A durability?

In this case, they aren't being literal; they're just explaining how useless it is to try to destroy nothingness.
What do you think about this context?

The tear in space began to mend. Even the woman who had been sliced in two returned to normal. It was like time was rewinding just for everything the sword had touched.

"What the...hell... How did you do that?!"

"It's pretty simple. This world is a dream that I'm seeing. You and your sword are nothing more than parts of my imagination. So even if it looks like you're destroying the world on the surface, you can't actually get to the core of it. It would be weird if you, no more than a character in my dream, could destroy the dream itself, right?"

"There's no way that's true. How many worlds do you think I've traveled through? Ten thousand doesn't even come close. A hundred million might be getting there. Are you telling me those were all a dream?!

There's no way that's possible!"

Though he had entirely forgotten most of them, he knew full well that he had experienced countless worlds. Even the ones he remembered defied counting. He couldn't believe all of that had been part of the Great Sage's dream.
Is this sufficient for 1-A level?

Looks like it, as long as he's using an Avatar or something.
Alright, what do you think now—does this prove that only avatars are being used?

Then let's go along with your story. As for what happened, it's quite simple. You lost to Takatou Yogiri. Your bullet didn't reach Takatou Yogiri."

"I see... That's interesting! It was worth coming out for this! I didn't expect this to happen!

"You seem pretty calm for someone who lost."

"It's just a dream after all. It's like a game that can be restarted at any time. You wouldn't freak out every time the player character dies in a game, would you?"

"Pfft... Ahahahaha!"

Sounds like it. Though it will have to be clarified that Yogiri wasn't created by the dream, or always existed outside of it in some manner, so it doesn't become an Anti-Feat.

You can but it is not durability it is Invulnerability hax Things like it should be explained like how character in question can survive that to not count it as anti-feat(It can be external way granting character that power, maybe writer from reality fundamentally change character's properties)

Takatou Yogiri is nothing more than an avatar of his true form, the End of All Things.

His true form represents the End of All Things, including the Great Sage.

Yogiri derives his power from his true form, so this would not count as an anti-feat, since his power comes from a being at the 1-A level.

Additionally, Yogiri is not part of the Great Sage’s dream; he himself stated that he does not consider his existence to be part of that dream.
Just to be sure, can't you return us to our original world?"
"It's not impossible, but the people you've killed would remain dead."
"So you can do anything because it's a dream?"

Yogiri didn't consider his existence to be part of the Great Sage's dream.

These same scans were rejected before. Nothing about it has really changed.
