Can someone provide a quote that said the Outer Gods are beyond all possibilities and impossibilities ?

Super late, but if you are referring to Cthulhu Mythos' Outer Gods, the relevant quotes can be found in the respect thread I created a while back, specifically under the Yog-Sothoth section.

If you want a short summary, the Outer Gods transcend all hierarchies, including those which are already vastly into dimensionless space. Even the smallest fragments of their being are viewed as horrifyingly powerful beings unfathomably horrible than the regular things residing beyond the boundaries of layered existence. Their "true forms", if you can call it that, exist beyond all perspective. Perspective, along with things such as the ideas of possible and impossible, existence and non-existence, are just infinitely small extensions of themselves. Perspective is a relative thing, even to most beings who transcend layered existence, and yet their is no perspective to them, for they are beyond all of it, as well as the cause of it.
