Can skill cheat death?

He can one shot since she should technically be 10-B but she can also one shot with death Manipulation since I didn't see a resistance
 
I mean not really. He still has that supreme control over his body. Stopping the heart doesn't kill instantly so he uses that body control to restart it.
 
Well, ikki would lose, as I don't think he's desperado in the first key.

And he just dies from some freak accident or illness. Overall, bad matchup.
 
Ikki has outskilled probability manipulation in his SSSAF key, though that isn't this key. He's already extremely unlucky with his rank F luck but still manages to win every single fight he's in.
 
From the looks of it, her death manipulation is pretty random. and could cause pretty much anything within reason.

Unless her death manip is just her telekinetically controlling cars and trains.
 
Her Death has Trash tier range btw. As she needs to be within about ten meters

Also, Ikki can throw his sword if he thinks getting close kills him
 
Uh, his sword only has Extended meele range if I read his profile right

How is he suppose to know about passive death Manipulation when his haxs get powernulled due to the fact that being near her casues you to lose your powers
 
I don't kmow much about Ikki but assuming that he does throw his sword, then yeah I guess that would be a wincon

So we have a God of Sword and other titles who's City Block level, then a woman ("God of Death") from a Spider-Man manga who's Unknown tier (though she kills people in car crashes). I'd personally assume she's Building level to be sort of fair.

Ikki has a much bigger page than Miki, which probably poses a problem for her. Powers Ikki has includes "Extrasensory Perception (He can sense the presence of magic and the auras exuded by others)" and "Analytical Predictio (He can predict what an opponent will do next by muscle movements. Furthermore, he can predict actions, thought and emotions through perfect vision; "his ability to expose and reflect the true nature of everything he sees" if he had finished observing an opponent he knows the possibility of how they will act due to the system they follow)", and "Information Analysis and Clairvoyance (Perfect Vision allows Ikki to completely grasp an opponent's identity understanding everything about them and knowing and predicting their every thought, action and feeling; Ikki's eye is remarkably perceptive as such he noticed Amane was not normal, Stella was not just talented but also a hard worker, learned the secret technique of Ayase Ayatsuji's father just by looking at her sword stance, noticed Kurado's reflex speed was faster than normal and more)". Those three will probably allow him to foresee Miki's powers of death and counter them accordingly.

In short, Ikki is likely smarter, (faster, but speed's equal), stronger, and can very likely realize Miki's powers of controlling lightning and cars before she accidentally uses them. We don't, or at least Miki's page doesn't, really know the extend of Miki's range or abilities. I'll do more research on her to see what she does.
 
Her range is like 10 of meters at best, I only listed it as Unknown because so much about her powers are unknown although she should be over 10 meters with weather Manipulation and that's really it

A little below the halfway point, I see "Later, Yu [Spider-Man] finds Takao [a reporter involved with Miki, kindred spirit or whatever], who's slit his own throat. He gets into his costume and takes the knife. Unsure what to do, thinking her a kindred spirit, he finds her looking over a bridge. She looks him in the eye for a moment... then throws herself off, down into the deep valley, with Yu's fingers stuck over his webshooter button the whole time."

Specifically, apparently Miki's Power Null is jamming Spidey's web shooters. I can't find anything about nullifying magic or anything else.
 
I made a CRT for changing Miki's profile, so any threads on her will probably become outdated. Her Power Null might get removed, abilities clarified, Death Manipulation can be said better by Probability and Ice Manipulation, but on the plus side the Winter Woman may be able to use Mind Manipulation to make people suicide.
 
From the sources I found, she didn't seem to just kill people out of thin air. Context is everything, and the context for her killing power was the Winter Woman kills people through her blizzard and probability manipulation; through car crashes, train wrecks, and knives (Takao died with a knife in his neck, though nothing else is known). "People around her start dropping like flies" doesn't really mean much alone. After the forum move is over with, you can try posting a thread trying to bring the ability back... though you might want to read through my own thread first.

You realize killing people via probability Manipulation is still death Manipulation? Her actions can control how people die which is both death Manipulation and probability Manipulation. Their are tons of characters who have both death Manipulation and probability Manipulation because they control how people die and they cause accidents. Light Turner is a perfect example of this since he has probability and death Manipulation for killing people and him causing accidents in order to kill them

This case is no different

How is that out of context when she's consistently portrayed as people around her die?

I mean, people who's probability Manipulation that induces death is still consider death Manipulation and she only has probability Manipulation because of how she causes death via accidents with is still death Manipulation
 
When you make an ikki match and don't add the Rakudai tag on the match. Smh.

Anyway everyone said all that needs to be said. Ikki skill stomps.
 
I believe the Winter Woman's profile is complete enough for now. Ignoring her blizzard and killing people (usually though vehicle wrecks), Miki Saiki is basically a normal human. In all categories, it's a massive stomp; a 10-B Human Level against Ikki's 8-A Multi-City Block level. The most likely way for Miki to hurt Ikki is with her blizzard (which Ikki doesn't resist, but can likely last a good while in), or with a car (which is at most small building level, there's probably no trains where they are). Either way, Ikki has the ability to realize how big of a threat Saiki is and counter and kill her accordingly.

I'll probably get Antasvima or someone to close this thread if everything's finished here, and give her a real match up with someone more on her level.
