Say a character has 4d resistances or layered resistances to something and a character has resistance negation would the resistance negation work?

Like I said it quite depends on the feat, we don't assume such hax can work without feat but it should work if the negation has about the same layer as the resistance unless given a feat to resist that negation.

well i guess dimensional difference, since 3d is subset of 4d which means 4d is bigger than 3d (in layman terms) so 3d hax can't affect 4d.
