1-A specifically. Since it was concluded that certain haxes like madness manip type 3 cannot be smurf even if they are at 1-A+, does this apply to precog?

Can precognition be smurf?

Unless I'm mistaking, Both types of Precognition would fall in smurf range rather than smurf potency.
