Ok, so as you already know, since you clicked on this, this is my take on how Instant Death or The end could be negated. Anyway, I would like to hear your thoughts.
- Transcendence of temporal limitation: Outerverseal characters, as you know, transcend dimensions there for they don't operate on a normal temporal level. As such, "The End" wouldn't apply to them. "The End," Unless stated or proven otherwise, would operate on a temporal scale. So we can conclude that Yogiri cannot affect 1-A or higher characters.
- Acausality (Type 5), possibly other Types as well: This argument is similar to the last. Yogiri has yet to have any solid evidence to be able to affect beings that operate within their own causal system
- Regeneration/Resurrection (Types Specific Mid-Godly and High-Godly): For the Mid-Godly example lets take into consideration the very few characters that are separated from the narrative. If Yogiri could somehow erase their mind, body, soul, and presence in the narrative, well, it wouldn't matter because they can regenerate from having their mind, body, and soul erased. But keep in mind what was said earlier, Yogiri also erased their presence in the narrative somehow, well, it doesn't matter because they had no connection to the narrative in the first place. The same thing goes for High-Godly; if they can regenerate from their presence in the narrative being erased, they don't have to worry about instant death.
- This one is the most complex, but also a very possible scenario. (NEP Type 2 & 3): So Yogiri is the end; he cannot end something that does not exist. Logically, an "end" cannot terminate something that does not exist unless it has a connection, like a concept that can be ended. Thus, as long as a being has Nep 2 or 3 and has no conceptual ties, it can not be "ended."
