Can paradox kill character with mid-godly regen?

As long as the mid-godly user doesn't have time paradox immunity or acausality, it can.

Well...
Depends on why they have the mid godly in my opinion.
If it's something they gained/evolved at some point in their lives, then yes it can kill them by preventing them from ever having it.
If it's something they were born with and always had from the very beginning, I'd think they'd regenerate. Whether or not they'd have any memories or anything else of the past timeline is a different debate.
