Both start 1 km away from each other

Bloodlusted,just blows half of the planet.The AP gap is just too big.Naruto is scaled from Toneri who is around 2 zetatons if i don't forget and Raditz is above 69.

Naruto has an approximately 2.5x speed advantage, this coupled with the fact that he can make many clones who are now easily relative to himself should cover the AP gap. Also the one I put here is KCM Sage, the one that one shot Toneri is only KCM.
