Can Ditto transform into Arceus?

It was confirmed in Platinum that Arceus is just an avatar of the Original Spirit, the Original Spirit is practically the primal chaos where all things are one, and that is reinforced when it is said that all humans and pokemon are part of the same presence.

This is wrong. The Original Spirit came from Arceus. The primordial chaos it came from is also a part of Arceus.

I'm also fairly sure Ditto retains none of the experience and skill the copied person has. At least, none that I remember. It's just that; a strong imitation/mimic.
