Can conceptual manipulation and law manipulation bypass Nonexistent Physiology?

Shouldn't conceptual manipulation and law manipulation be mentioned in the Nonexistent Physiology 's page weakness and the other page strength's?

A character already demonstrated that is a weakness as with Law Manipulation she Can force nonexistent beings into existence.

Depends on how that Conceptual Manipulation works.

Alo, I don't get why forcing a Nonexistent being to exist would kill him: he would just cease to exist again after getting killed.

I don't see why they should be mentioned? Obviously a conceptual erasure would still work as long as the NEP of the character doesn't encompass the concept.

Law manipulation could bypass NEP but it's more complicated

Depends on the character. Some concept/law hax is stronger than others, after all, and some series treat resistances granted by not existing differently.
