Can a 1-A character be pantheistic?

Basically my question is if can a character encompass everything in their cosmology while also transcending it qualitatively. It would be like this on paper. There is a cosmology that is high 1-B but there's also a character who was stated to encompass all of it. But then it was stated somewhere that X character dreams it and sees it as entirely as fiction. So could this hypothetical character still be 1-A despite encompassing quantitative superiority based structures?

BDE type 2 states this

A simple example being a realm that is stated to lack space, time and physicality entirely, but is nonetheless shown as being "vaster" than physical reality in some way. Common imagery of this includes the universe as a small object encompassed in a wider backdrop.
so yes
