"Pulverization" is just the value of compression of materials. The attack was aimed downwards and the shockwave caused a crater. Which would require compression of the rock beneath them. It looks like frag since the floor beneath them becomes loose and cracks into different pieces, but that's expected of a material like rock being compressed given it's not very elastic. Hope that answers the question.

The batman one ? It's a bit difficult to calc I would ask a CGM for a method first (I have 3 in mind but I'm not sure which to go for). Also yes the feat would most likely be wall level
