This calc was rejected by Spinosaurus and Antvasima.
Neither Ant nor Spin rejected it. Ant said Gwyn is handling the revisions, and we know that Gwyn is not here at the moment. Spin corrected a typo.

But this case is different because if the calc reaches Sub-Rela speed it will be rejected because of the
Discussion Rules, if it reaches MHS+ than it's fine.
I'm gonna have to question, at one point is something an outlier, and at what point is it an upgrade?
This is because, the calc is neither about Toneri's mooncutter, nor is it Madara's light fang, and it is also not Gai's space-bending kick.

The possibility for Madara Uchiha and the rest of the Naruto franchise characters to
move at light speed has already been
discussed and debunked repeatedly. Currently, any repetition of said discussion is highly annoying, and bar presence of a new canon movie, not subject to discussion.

Do not attempt to upgrade Naruto to sub-relativistic speed,
especially based on feats from Naruto, The Last. This is an extremely exhausted topic that has been repeatedly addressed and denied on the basis of abuse of cimematic timing.
The primary driving factor about this rule is Naruto: The Last, which the calc is not about.
