His inherent power is being protected by the presence and I think one of the endless, kinda like how khorne has kharn negetinn stuff for him. It should be entirely within the power of the presence to just kill someone and destroy their stand.

Yeah, Kharn gets it because its a blessing. Similar to how the Bag Man SCP can get support of Hyperversal beings, but are only allowed to move him around and give him his immortality. They cannot directly kill his enemies. The Presence would be in a similar situation

It says on the profile that the presence is how attacks are reflected, and that the presence straight up killed someone through aranginar a series of events leading to his death. If it came to it the presence could just kill McQueen, but given how Cain has the protection of 2 1As and is unkillable even to the likes of Lucifer Morningstar it's probably a mismatch.
