Caesar intelligence should be Genius
Let me explain

He figured out how to use a gun after holding it for a few seconds
He also worked out why McCullough was really having them build a wall, causing the man to remark over how intelligent he was
It is possible that Caesar was more intelligent due to his exposure to ALZ-113 and ALZ-112 while he was still an embryo
So, i propose giving him "Genius" intelligence or at least "Possibly Genius"
