Kizaru has far higher durability than Byakuya's AP. Busoshoku Haki can resist soul slicing attacks. His Kenbunshoku Hai would precog all of Byakuya's petals and Kizaru would use them as platforms for his Sacred Yata Mirror to close the distance and finish the fight.
