Wait, I'm confused about something: doesn't Lee have a massive AP advantage? Lee is 8-B while Jotaro is only High 8-C, so even if Jotaro managed to stop time, would his blows be effective enough to actually deal any damage? I know this match was already decided, but I'm just curious.

Jotaro's time stop that's probably spammable essentially allows him to deck out Lee before he can use Gates plus stand shenanigans such as Star Platinum being able to ragdoll Lee and he can't do anything about it since he can't interact or see with Star Platinum, giving Jotaro that unpredictability edge since Rock Lee does not know when or where Star Platinum would attack and land its blows, also could block his hits even if he is in gates without taking damage since stands can only hurt stands thanks to selective intangibility, incorporeality and npi
If he does get into Gates, Jotaro would be in trouble but his stat amps is potent enough to one shot High The World who was bullying Enraged Star Platinum who was one shotting The World who was bullying Star Platinum who should be stronger than Part 4 SP who should be stronger than RHCP (7.83 tons) since he was scared shitless against Jotaro along with stand shenanigans like the closer stand is to the user, the stronger and faster the stand is, it's not enough ofc to overpower but it's still something to consider.
His time stop essentially allowing him to land a hundred free hits each time he uses it for offense or using time stop to evade Lee until his gates drain him out allows him to probably take this. His Lifting Strength also allows him to restrain Lee or something and ragdoll or slam him down to the ground to the point he can't do anything about it.
Lee still has a wincon if he goes into gates since it give him ap advantage and speed advantage allowing him to one shot Jotaro if he gets pass SP which should be manageable thanks to that speed boost.
