Vandal Savage managed to kill Hawkman and Hawkgirl 206 times over a period of 4000 years. Granted, he used to be immortal so he'd keep regenerating.

In the first vid Cold and the team are raiding the vanishing point, which is full of agents working for the time masters, who likely have hundreds of years of experience protecting the timeline and defeating time pirates. Mick Rory was their most dangerous agent until he turned good.

So he's incredibly skilled and intelligent which is pretty good. One simple problem is that in this match, Cold isn't just fighting his opponent, he's also fighting the large amounts of fire that will be surrounding him.

Essentially she can create large towers of fire, send fires that travel across the ground to her targets, and anytime she takes a step, another tower of fire is formed. And her flames can melt through rocks which is probably a reason for her 9-B.

Also she can teleport through fire but we already know that. Her skill chain isn't as impressive seeing as to how she mostly relied on her power for mass destruction so that's one thing Cold has an advantage in

Cold usually fights alongside heat wave, who’s heat gun’s flames are Planck temperature (pre-retcon) so he’s pretty good at not getting burned.

First time she teleports through fire he might be a little startled. Second time she does it he predicts where she’ll end up and ices her.

Keep in mind that this isn't just a flamethrower, she can make fires just by stepping everywhere and even control the direction of the fire with her mind.

Also with fire spreading everywhere, it will make prediction shots harder though I guess he does make prediction shots on speedsters on the go

The Flash sped through the city, another robbery taking place (As usual). Arriving there, he wasn't surprised to see Captain Cold there again.

"Come on Snart, again? This is the same bank you robbed before that partner of yours was injured" said Barry.
"Yeah yeah, well it's still unfinished business" replied Snart.

"But why here again? Last time you came here it's because this bank had neither paper money nor gold, things that can be ruined by fire".
"Oh yeah, about that".

Suddenly, pillars of flames erupted violently from the ground with more fire spreading through the stone floor and ceiling. In the midst of the flames was Burnscar, cackling madly at the sight of all that fire. Flash quickly spun his arms to drain the flames of oxygen, only to have them frozen. Before he could vibrate hands to break himself free, he was hit by a torrent of flames, setting his body alight and knocking him out. Before he could be burned further however, he was extinguished.

"Ah, leaving him disfigured, my second favorite fate for my enemies" said Mimi.
"Nah, he'll regenerate off that" replied Captain Cold.

"What?! Then why did you put him out?!".
"Because he has friends, ruthless friends who will hunt us down to the ends of space and time if we kill him. And he is also the reason that we are even allowed to keep our feet and life in this city so lets not kill our golden goose, alright?".
