Godzilla has star level DC and dura by scaling from SpaceGodzilla (while in fact it should be solar-system or higher because of the black hole bath) and even without it he has planet-level scaling from Battra & Mothra and at least relativistic reaction from scaling to MOGUERA and SpaceGodzilla, while Saitama only has planet-level statement, and only from anime. Seeing as this is purely web-comic Saitama, Godzilla wins both rounds.
