Some fixes for the verse;

After careful reading and also listening to what ArmorChompy said, I think i may have confused things about how power nullification works;

Dazai and Chuuya - Attack Reflection gets removed - (After analysing Fukuchi, I realized he may skill-wise more skilled than both Chuuya and Dazai)

Dazai's resistences - Healing, Death manipulation, Mind manipulation, Illusion creation - (Gets also nuked, This is because of what ArmorChompy said, After reading how Power Nullification works, Armor is correct and i confused on how the ability works)

Dazai's Pressure points - Bad reasoning

Incorporeality scaling chain

Demon Snow Post incorporeality = Rashōmon with spacial attacks > Rashōmon normally = Demon Snow Normally

Dazai can nullify their abilities even with incorporeality

Cosmology;

2-A due to infinite parallel worlds and 4-D due to infinite space time continuums

I think them freezing is just a style thing, here the guy reacts while the powernull is happening. As for the rest, you really should post scans.

But they stay freezed in the air, Dazai even talks while Atsushi is paralyzed in the air, I'm not saying this is a sort of attack incapable of them reacting, Just saying that it freezes

The fandom states Rashomon can "consume anything, even space itself"

Rashōmon: Agito allows Rashōmon to be shaped into the form of a jaw to crush the target. It converges shadows to create the jaws of a Rashōmon, capable of ripping a fully-formed tiger that not even bullets can penetrate

Beast Beneath the Moonlight–Rashōmon: Black Tiger's Supreme Claw (Gekka-jū Rashōmon: Kokko Zessō): Using the tiger's claws that can cut through abilities themselves and Rashōmon, Atsushi can stretch out that severed space and cut through physical armor and abilities. As it morphs into a divine blade, Akutagawa claims that no life form can possibly survive this attack.

Wikis are made by fans so unfortunately we don't use them as evidence.
 
Anyways, as I was involved in this and mostly the cosmology part, I will try to explain it from my side as well. Zetsu has done it as well but I will try to make it elaborate, and also because Zetsu asked me to do it since I have read the novel.

So, the Bungou Stray Dogs cosmology was revealed only in Volume 6 of the Light Novel. The manga kind of does it as well but the manga is not as elaborate as the Light Novel, due to the writing space and limitations of course. And Dazai did it in like 2 pages of the Light Novel.

So, for starters, Dazai mentions that the Book is a cosmology in itself, having an infinite number of potential worlds inside it.

A world can be considered to be a space-time continuum, so, there is an infinite number of them. Furthermore, they were described to have branched out into an infinite number of different paths.

So, look at it like this:

First off, we have The Book, which contains the Bungou Stray Dogs (or BSD) cosmology. Each world should have the potential to have at least one Book, considering how Dazai himself is in one world and has one himself:

The Book is the BSD cosmology, but while it is, it also serves as tool to interact with other worlds.

All the possible worlds have physical existence, considering how the world in which Dazai currently resides in equalizes with the other possible worlds.

So, by default, the cosmology which the Book affects would be 2-A.

The people who can use the Book or have used the Book can be scaled as "up to 2-A via The Book".

The Book, furthermore, would give Reality Warping and Plot Manipulation.

Explaining hierarchies:
While the Book is an absolute object which contains the BSD cosmology in itself, there are hierarchies in the BSD world itself.

The current Dazai, or the Dazai which we are seeing is cosmologically inferior to the true Dazai, or the Dazai which exists beyond the cosmology which I just scaled. For things, the Dazai in the upper layers will be just seeing the current Dazai as mere fiction or just a character of a Book, as he exists outside the Book, and current Dazai would just be a character. I don't know which tier these grant, but it is possibly even Tier 1 (or maybe not), might need a Tier 1 specialist though.

Now, understanding the hierarchy:

Real Dazai is above the current Dazai, and from the Outside World, the worlds inside the Book can be destroyed.

So, the real Dazai is incomprehensibly above the current Dazai, or to say, the Dazai whose story we are seeing.

Current Dazai, though, may possibly not be able to interact with the Real Dazai, but can interact with the memories of him.

The above scans also show that Dazai was the person to create the Book using his own skill and create a strong point of singularity through combining Atsushi and Akutagawa's abilities. An elaborate scan on that:

This might give Dazai Supergenius, for making a thing which can warp reality and affect his entire world. The reason why we can say that he invented it is because he was the only one who got the knowledge for it, and he manipulated both Akutagawa and Atsushi in order to achieve the Book.

I think we might be able to make a key for the Real Dazai, and give him a ready tier, for being able to manipulate the entire BSD world and even destroy it.

So, BSD cosmology in short:
2 hierarchies, one on the above containing a single physical reality, one inside the Book containing an infinite number of worlds, which furthermore increase in number into various paths. The infinite potential worlds contain scenarios, but the paths contain the choices made by characters in those scenarios.
