The ant would have a hard time stinging the spider for sure. But if it does, it's most likely going to be deadly, as even humans feel the pain for 24 hours.
Otherwise, the spider would take it due to sheer size and the ability to shoot venomous silk farther.

This is kind of a stomp, actually.
The spider is immensely bigger than the ant, and has superior range. The ant's only chance of victory is to get its stinger into the spider, which isn't going to happen. 9.9999/10 times the ant will just get covered in venomous webs.

I vote for the spider too due the reasons above, plus a spider's venom is far better than the one of an ant, I mean there is a spider that can kill a normal person in 15 minutes
