Broly Upgrade?

Destructive Power Note: This would not effect his Durability, as he was weakened from a stab wound as a child.

Broly destroyed the "Southern Galaxy".

That's 1/4th of the Universe. Each Quadrant is Labeled as a Galaxy.

How long did this take?

Images
A few years. Not his entire life. Broly is 37, so let's say he started at age 15 (there was a flashback of him as a child going crazy, however the age is unknown), meaning we will say it took 22 years.

There are 100 billion galaxies in the Universe. 1/4th would be 25 billion.

25 billion galaxies destroyed ├À 22 years to do so = 1,136,363,636.36 galaxies, assuming he caused non stop destruction from the age of 15.

Meaning he should, at the very least, be labeled as Galaxy level.

Speed https://plus.google.com/112361546106291882661/posts/EkScxWy85w5 ^Goku gets calced at 391× FTL against Cell.

The first Broly movie either took place during the 9 day wait for the Cell Games, or a hypothetical scenario where Goku beat Cell, and Gohan never went SSJ2. However, he later fights a SSJ2 Adult Gohan in his next movie. So I will assume that it was during the wait for the Cell Games.

How does Broly react to the speed of not only Goku, but also Piccolo?

He didn't need to even need to try to dodge theme.

100 - 999× FTL is MTFL, so Broly should be at said speed.

With all being said, I believe Broly should be upgraded to Galaxy level and MTFL combat & reactions.

Also, this would not effect Gokus DC, as their seems to be a power change in movies. (An example of this would be SSJ3 Goku being stronger than Mystic Gohan and SSJ3 Gotenks in Wrath of The Dragon)

No. Destroying a Galaxy isn't Multi-Galaxy. It's the DBZ universe that is small, not the galaxy who is huge. Same with Sheron.

DB Super has displayed that there are clearly more than four galaxies. The four Kais are still to watch over their respective "galaxies", aka quadrant, despite their being proven way more galaxies.

DBS and DB:GT (And the movies) are considered to be different canon.
DBS is the official continuation of DBZ, taking place after DBZ. Toriyama has a major role in the series.

From Wiki: "In addition to his role as series creator, Akira Toriyama is also credited for the "original story & character design concepts" of the new anime directed by Kimitoshi Chioka."

"The anime is being adapted into a companion manga by Toriyama alongside artist Toyotarō, author behind the official Resurrection 'F' manga adaptation. It began serialization in the August 2015 issue of V Jump, which was released on June 20."

And the movies are what if scenarios within the verse. The don't change the Universe itself, and (for the most part), follows the same layout.

>Infinites galaxies.

No.

Also my DB knowledge is almost non-existent but "Quadrants = Galaxy" is how the old Universe is used on this wiki, you would have to talk about this to the admins if you want anything done.

Btw you can't just say that Broly is MFTL because he easily dodges a lot of FTL stuff. That would be calc stacking.

Infinite galaxies? Nah. Jaco clearly stated they were in the Milky Way Galaxy in DBS Manga, so more evidence showing its based on our Universe, aka 100 billion galaxies.

My reasoning for Broly being MTFL is because he effortlessly dodged a MTFL being.

I'm not entirely sure how this WiKi does things btw, just joined not to long ago.

The calc you have for the speed was debunked in the same link.
If you're referring to this: "Are you ******* kidding me?

You assigned a SPEED to INSTANT transmission.

Do you ******* understand how ******** that is?!

It is a ******* Spatial Manipulation technique. Teleporting =/= Speed. Get the **** out.

Wanked result for an incalcualable feat.

******* Christ.´╗┐"

The speed of an instant is, calculated by scientists, to be 10 000 times FTL. So assigning a speed doesn't seem to unreasonable, considering it's been countered.

During the time of DBGT, its universe was considered to only have 4 galaxies.

We have an official rule about keeping apart the DBS and DBGT continuities in this regard, and cannot scale retroactively.

In addition, I have been told that there are various inconsistencies regarding Broly. Supposedly, all that was explicitly shown is that he terrorised various individual planets, that the stars within the galaxy were still shown to cover the sky, as usual, and that he was killed just by being pushed into one of them.

All this from Herms themself on kanzenshuu

Actually the "4 Galaxies" is a misstranslation of the Daizenshuu 7 which states;

The Universe (Õ«çÕ«Ö/Uchuu; Translation: the universe, space, outer space)

The universe is the upper portion of the living world, and is the realm where Goku and the other main characters live and die. It's the only portion of the Dragon Ball world that even remotely resembles reality, being based off of the actual universe (or at least the universe as seen in countless sci-fi space operas like Star Wars). As such it consists of countless planets, stars, and other celestial bodies. Daizenshuu 7 explains that in the Dragon Ball universe, a collection of planets forms a nebula, and a collection of nebulas forms a galaxy (in actual modern astronomy, nebula are collections of space dust and gas rather than planets, though the term was originally looser and included galaxies). There are four galaxies in the Dragon Ball universe: north, south, east, and west.

These 4 galaxies serve as the governing areas for the gods, and so each one is overseen by the corresponding Kaio and Kaioshin. In fact, Daizenshuu 7 says that the "galaxies" of Dragon Ball are merely administrational units used by the gods, and so there's nothing stopping races from travelling from one galaxy to another, provided they have the technology to do so. So basically, these "galaxies" don't have much reality as physical divisions, and are sort of like the boarders between countries. It's not clear what significance the cardinal directions could have in space, but the map of the Dragon Ball world shows what appear to be division lines between galaxies engraved into the living world's outer walls, so that might have something to do with it. Anyway this proves that this Dragon Ball universe is the same size as ours, and that the whole 4 galaxy thing is a mistranslation, in fact it is 4 quadrants.

Quadrant" is 100% a Funi dub term. It's not used in the Japanese manga, anime, guides, etc. Instead, the closest is the use of "North Area", "South Area", etc in the manga when South Kaio shows up (it's literally just the English word "area").

where thanks to the magic of ambiguous Japanese phrasing this could arguably be translated as "North Galaxies" rather than a single North Galaxy.

Daizenshuu 7 passage that implies there are infinite galaxies

Daizenshuu 7: Úèǵ▓│ Galaxy A gathering of local planets in the universe. Planets gather and form a nebula, and beyond that, a collection of gathered nebulae is called a galaxy. The four Kaiou who rule over the east, west, south, and north [sections] of the universe actually govern these galaxies. Because the Kami in the Heavenly Realm and the Kaiou supervise the galaxies that exist infinitely in all the universe, the sections known as the East, West, South, and North Galaxies are denominations that came into use through their duty.´╗┐
