So, I have a video/manga example of Britain using magic to shrink France to the size of a child. He wanted people to see their "Chibi" versions and Britain pretty much agreed. I haven't seen him do this any other time. So I'm assuming this would be similar to Brandish from Fairy Tail except that Britain can't (or simply hasn't yet) shunk something the size of an island. Does this seem fair?

I can try to find a webcomic scan too if needed?

Oh, and before anyone responds to this. I have recently found out that "Hammerspace" is an ability? Britain can also directly interact with beings that no one else can see. I have scans and videos of this too! Please let us knock 2 things out at once!
