Brienne of Tarth and Valyrian steel swords 9-B upgrades

Brienne of Tarth
Attack Potency and Durability:

• Brienne of Tarth has Oathkeeper, a Valyrian steel sword that has an AP of 9-B.
• A weakened Sandor Clegane was able to trade several blows perfectly with Brienne of Tarth, who was using Oathkeeper. The two fought on par but Brienne ultimately won.
• The scaling would look like this: 428905.795413 Joules (Wall level) = Weakened Sandor Clegane < Brienne of Tarth. So Brinne's AP and Durability would upgrade to 9-B.

Lifting Strength:

• At most Class 5 (Slightly superior to a weakened Sandor Clegane)

Powers and Abilities:

• Superhuman Physical Characteristics
• Skilled Horse Rider

Valyrian steel swords

• I made a sandbox for the Valyrian steel swords (I put them all in the same profile because I thought it was unnecessary to make a profile for each sword that in the end would all be the same).
• All characters who use Valyrian steel swords will be linked when the profile is published. Which includes: Jon Snow, Ned Stark, Brienne of Tarth, Jorah Mormont and Jaime Lannister.
• This would upgrade Jaime Lannister's second key from "10-A, 9-C with sword" to "10-A, 9-B with Widow's Wail". He must also have the ability of Skilled Horse Rider.
• Arthur Dayne would be upgraded from "9-C, possibly 9-B with Dawn" to "9-C, 9-B with Dawn", since his sword is described as comparable to the Valyrian steel swords. He must also have the ability of Skilled Horse Rider.

Brienne only manage to slice the blade in half, while on the other hand The calc is specifically about complete fragmentation of the blade. Unfortunately I don’t really think this can apply to the situation.

An "At most 9-B" for defeating a weakened Sandor Clegane might work, since he was only weakened by a neck wound. Although in the profile of the longsword it has a Wall level durability.
Likewise, Valyrian steel swords would still be 9-B because they can trade blows with the weapons of the White Walkers. So in the worst case Brienne would have an AP of "9-C, 9-B with Oathkeeper".

Forget the feat of cutting through a longsword. This accepted calc would put Valyrian steel swords at 428905.795413 Joules (Wall level).
The scaling would be the following: Night King > White Walker > Undead Gregor Clegane > Gregor Clegane > Sandor Clegane > Weakened Sandor Clegane = Valyrian steel sword (428905.795413 Joules). And since Brienne of Tarth > Weakened Sandor Clegane, she should have a 9-B tier.
