This is tricky, since Bowsers blood lusted he'll go straight for the transmutation but Akrons void and soul manipulation (Although tugged at the partys souls doesn't really give me a solid idea of how potent his soul hax is) could put down Bowser. It looks like it really depends who gets of their attacks first. I'll go inconclusive for now.

Bowser now no-sells two of the things for Akron's side, and has his own hax to boot. So I'm going with him. 1-Ups are very helpful as well.

Alright. So it's 1-1-1 so far. I should also probably point out that Akron's resurrection isn't combat applicable. He needed two games to come back. Just in case anyone was wondering

Bowser has the items from SMRPG that can nullificate both sould and power nullification, void hax may be a problem, but Bowser can hadle that, since he was able to fight Mario (In super mario world, mario has erased a castle from existence). Also, Bowser has an itme called "Earlier Times" (from SMRPG). With this item, even id he got beated/killed, he can reset reality so that the battle never happened, and this item can be used for an infinite amount of time. Also, even if the battle never happened, a side ffect is that Bowser would know everything about his opponents: his moves, his weakness and etc. Bowser takes this.
