BORUTO: Boruto's Time-skip Profile

I wish his actual cover was used for his profile image, just a preference of mine
 
no justifications or anything for stamina? I know he is superhuman just surprised not to see anything. does he not have any worthwhile feats for it?
 
a couple of things,


Otsutsuki Chakra Suppression is able to stop sensory ninjas from sensing them, so you can probably list that as a 1 layered ability.

Sensory Shinobi < Chakra Suppression < Boruto's senses.

you could do something like:

Extrasensory Perception (1 Layer - Boruto's able to sense Kawaki's suppressed chakra, despite this same suppression making him undetectable even to Sensory-Type Ninja)

  • You gave him Genius Intelligence in his powers and abilities section but his actual intelligence section only has him as Gifted.
  • iirc the Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan can all see invisible objects, so if Vanishing Rasengan was invisible even to Momo and Sasuke while using them you could also list it as a layered ability.
  • You can probably give Bort the same Fear Hax ability and resistances we give all jounin class shinobi for their angry intent/bloodlust.
  • Putting a collapsable tab for the notable attacks section might make it a bit more concise (I can add one if you need)
  • The Others section was renamed Notible Matchups, (I didn't even know this one till Tracer told me on the Konan CRT)

The profile looks really good tho, nice work as usual Nierre 🙏

Nah, the thread's been closed due to it being hard to keep up with and other stuff. Now it's just up to staff/knowledgeable members, aka that's what this CRT's for.

About this. I believe this to be a "weakness" of Otsutsuki goons rather than a more potent sensory ability. It is a sensory ability that works for Otsutsuki against fellow clansfolk. Boruto still required the services of a regular sensory ninja to track Hidari (funny enough, the same ninja who couldn't track Kawaki 3 years prior). They definitely have a layered resistance to ESP though.
 
Damn Boruto is just Tier 5 now without any amps ? Sheesh. Well, everything seems to check out so chalk me up as agreeing too.

Genuinely hoping Himawari gets a profile eventually considering she did clash with Jura rather evenly and everything.

She scales nowhere to Jura lol. She clashed with a Jura that was holding back heavily and when he decided to use just a bit of his power he destroyed her. However, you can get her higher than Timeskip Kawaki who should be stronger than his younger self and can go toe to toe with Momoshiki and destroy limiters Code.
 
Great work. Only things I'd like to note are that some of the links are broken, that I think it should be noted Jura wasn't serious when Boruto saved Himawari from him, and perhaps this could be incorporated into his FTG description and/or weaknesses

Personally I don't think we need to include this. Boruto hasn't shown that Fire Release is part of his skillset and there hasn't been an implication he can use more than the Wind, Water and Lightning Release elemental natures. Sasuke teaching Boruto almost all the moves he knows doesn't necessarily include Jutsu for elements that Boruto has no affinity for.

Aside from that quibble though, the new profile looks very good to me and I approve.

Boruto is completely Otsutsuki, Otsutsuki based on the information we have so far are not necessarily bound by some chakra nature and whatnot they don't even use ninjutsu as that was an extension of ninshu created by Indra. Momoshiki has been shown to use any justu that he absorbs without drawbacks, same with urashiki. Kaguya, Hamura, Hagoromo and even Toneri all have access to all 5 basic chakra natures. Even a few humans have been shown to have all 5 natures, using likely for Boruto is far more than reasonable.

All of the Otsutsuki you've listed though have been proven to have all five Elemental Natures by either A) Having Truth-Seeking Orbs which require all 5, or B) having the Rinnegan which grants all five chakra natures.

We don't necessarily know that every Otsutsuki can use all five as Kinshki isn't confirmed to have all 5.

Someone who is just absorbing and then releasing the absorbed jutsu they've used like Momoshiki and Urashiki don't necessarily need all 5 to be able to do that, though that's a moot point as they've already got the Rinnegan.

It depends on how they do so

Moving in frozen time via a resistance to time based abilities is just hax

Moving a finite distance in 0 time or an infinite distance in finite time qualifies for infinite speed.

So being unaffected by time stop because your speed surpasses the flow of time should qualify for infinite speed.

So how we can differentiate that moving in time stop is either a resistance or raw speed? Like the feat Boruto did

When urashiki absorbs and uses justu he does not use Rinnegan, he does this in his base form. Hamura unlike Hagoromo does not need Rinnegan to use all 5 chakra nature plus yin and yang, he simply got it due to being Kaguya's son(Otsutsuki). Combining the Byakugan with Otsutsuki chakra a third generation like Toneri immediately got access to all chakra natures immediately. The whole reason humans have chakra natures in the first place is as a result of the Otsutsuki, Hagoromo sharing the chakra that he received from an original Otsutsuki in Kaguya with the people. Even if we scrap the Otsutsuki part, some high-level human shinobi are capable of developing all 5 natures, Boruto who is presented as a genius that is able to catch on to things fast can simply be thought by Sasuke.

I'm not disputing that it's possible that Boruto could have some Fire Release jutsu; I just don't think that Sasuke's statement is enough for a Likely rating.

And I don't think it's worth including the elements that we have no real idea of Boruto's capability with. Otherwise why not say it's likely he's got Earth Release too?
