The recent chapter (Chapter 43) has shown us Boruto's Otsutsuki Transformation! :D

The form where he grows 1 of Momoshiki's horns and his Jogan activats. Momoshiki takes control as well!

Boruto got a huge power boost and basically ***** slapped Ursula-Mode Boro. I think that that mode needs to be added concidering the chapter released a week ago :o
