Boomerang Monkey AP

In the Bloons downgarde thread, this was the justification to keep the Boomerang throwers at Wall level:

"Surprisingly, Boomerang Monkey, from whom the Transonic feat comes from, is safe as boomerangs usually have a low end weight of 70 grams, making their attacks 4117.72 J (Wall level)"

However, 4117.72 J is Street level, rather than Wall level, since the ends for 9-C are 300J and 15kJ respectively.

So I suggest to downgrade the Boomerang to "Street Level" rather than "Likely Wall Level"
I seem to be running into problems with my tiering far more often recently...

Anyways. I double-checked the math to make sure I hadn't just written the wrong number, and yes, Street level would be correct.
