Turns out Boboiboy has a weakness that replaced his initial memory loss due to some retcon in Boboiboy Galaxy.
The weakness is that when he splits himself his power would be divided by the amount of personalities he splits into but however if he doesn't split at all, he could utilize his elemental powers to its full potential without any power decrease. Which means that a single Boboiboy in one elemental form would be superior to Boboiboy who has splitted into his various counterparts.
So something like this Mountain level (Bora Ra, who is a Power Sphere hunter, should at least be on the level of Captain Kaizo)
Would reach island level since Boboiboy splitted into 7 different elemental forms and would be 7 times more powerful than when he splitted into 7 counterparts.
The statement in question where it's stated that his elemental forms can't be utilized to their max powers when he splits is below at 1:39.

We can't linearly split his forms like that because that would make no sense. He has fought people on par with a single form as well as when he split himself. To assume that BoBoiBoy by himself is stronger than when split is dumb because he fought Fang by himself but Kaizo when split. That would mean Fang > Kaizo which is ridiculous.
I can accept that splitting makes him marginally weaker, but not linearly.

There are of course some situations where when he splits and defeats a powerful opponent while when he fought one on one he gets decimated.
But!
Keep in mind that he had to create many ingenious combinations of attacks with his counterparts to defeat the enemy.
Such as when he couldn't break P.E.T.A.I robot's forcefield one on one but he could do that when he splitted but the only reason how, was because he fused his attacks altogether which superceded the AP he would normally have at the peak of his power without his elemental split.

Yeah, but that was before the retcon and during that time even the primary elements such as fire and water could stomp quake, cyclone, and thunderstorm without reaching its secondary stage. But when it was retconned into Boboiboy Galaxy. Everything there was made more logical than the early Series.
Also the fight where thunderstorm and cyclone lost was because they attacked individually and never fused their attacks at all. Did you realise that? And of course the various non-logical shenanigans that appeared.

Again there are other characters that can make clones/duplicates/copies out of energy or matter who aren't given Inorganic Physiology for their clones, what makes Boboiboy special and different that he should be given Inorganic Physiology for his clones?

Because none of them would be made of organic flesh. The entire body of his counterparts are inorganic. Otherwise people would assume that these clones could be affected by biological manipulation because they aren't mentioned as inorganic in his profile.

And? That's not enough of a reason or evidence on why he should be given IP when other character that have directly shown that their clones are either made out of elements (Rock, Water, Sand, Lightning, Wood, etc.) and energy weren't given IP before?
