Also Sun Wukong(campione!) Used the weight of his staff and his speed in ½mv² to gain his 7A tier. So why can't we do the same for Boboiboy? With his speed and the mass of his body.

AP and Dura, since moving his own body weight at such speed would technically produce large amounts of energy. Even a 300 gram object moving at the speed of light can obtain 50 megatons of force. So it's technically logical to assume that it's suitable to use E=MC² for Boboiboy.

Using speed of characters or attacks calculated at other instances can't be used, as characters and attacks can vary in speed. This is the case regardless of whether the character is seriously trying to do his best or anything similar.
How ever, his speed wasn't calced but more rather assumed to SOL due to various evidences. So why can't it be used?

But his body must be able to sustain that much energy while moving at such speeds otherwise his body would have been penetrated or torn to shreds from the kinetic energy produced.

His notable attacks and techniques from his elemental fusions can't be added unless we get the feats calced or just use E=MC² or ½MV² for Retakka whom he could scale to since he incorporates punches in his Gamma form which Boboiboy solar is inferior to.

I didn't say incorporating gamma into his punches.
I said he incorporates punches Into his attacks that even Boboiboy solar can't react in time to avoid Retakka from stealing his elemental powers.

Slow down the video and you can see that he turns into particles every time he uses it and if it's a weaker variation of Solar Leap then that means it shouldn't get to use Speed of Light

Possibly, if he turns into a bolt of lightning then he's intangible until he turns back to normal same when turning into particles when using Solar Leap
