He also has Superhuman LS to Mettaton's Unknown.

No they attack the soul but since their attacks are pyshical as well its the same attack that hits the body and the soul. Since bobert doesnt have one Mettaton just hits his body.

That doesn't mean Bobert won't try to approach.
