Boba easily via superior EVERYTHING except the BFG. Everywhere else Boba has Doomguy beat by a significant margin and his weapons overall are vastly superior to Doomguys.

Even with speed equalized, Boba is stronger, more durable, more intelligent, and better trained than Doomguy. Plus he has flight. Boba's guns are more advanced and the blaster bolts travel faster than any of Doomguy's bullets, and his flight would be able to avoid the BFG easily. Any other weapons in Doomguy's arsenal are useless.

Either can one-shot, but all of Boba's weapons would One-Hit-Kill Doomguy, while only one can kill Boba, and Boba could just dodge anyways. Plus, Doomguy might not even use the BFG right away.

Dodge BFG? How? As far as I understand you can dodge BFG only as gameplay mechanics.

Boba still is a faster shot, and he can handle Doomguy's weapons much easier than Doomguy can handle his, since The BFG is the ONLY weapon in Doomguys arsenal that would be effective here.
