His other AP rating only applies to his strongest attack. Saitama's moon jump got recalculated and that's what he scales to normally.

This doesn't make sense.

How do you overpower someone who can one shot you... Does she increase in power or something?.

If I fight someone stronger than me I can't overpower them normally.
 
Any on eof the Crystal Gems can oneshot her but she overpowered them with her powers, quite casually at that, while weakened. Lapis is a glass cannon but shes stronger with her powrrs than Boros
 
Lapis is more of a construction worker actually. Her powers were not made for combat, rather, terraforming planets for Gem instalments. Also, some of those years of experience was spent in a mirror.

Oh, right. Forgot the "a Lapis terraforms" line.
 
Also remember that Lapis has to get through Boros' Regenerationn and AP + speed boosts given by meteoric burst.

To be fair, Lapis also has Regenerationn and is entirely a ranged fighter.
 
She also made clones capable of fighting on par with the Crystal Gems who have thousands of years of actual combat experience and skill
 
Boros kicked Saitama to the moon.

Garou was table flipped really high, but that's about it. He wasn't sent high enough to go into space
