I don't think SD or even Kaltias can possibly debunk that argument. It looks pretty solid to me.

Besides, It clearly states right in the last panel of the scan that his power transcends everything, so logically Memory Manipulation is fodder to Bobobo and Homura by extension since memory is just generally a part of the everything his power transcends.

He Low Diffs at best, stomps at worst.
