If she tells him to die, he could just come back after being killed. How good is her mind hax that he can't resist it irregardless of that?
She was able to mind hax 2-A concept being as 7-B witch. So her current mindhax is something unthinkable. Pretty sure she could win even without it.

Nitpick, but Homura doesn't tell people to die when mind haxing them, she prefers incap.
Also, her mind hax is "Subconsciously mind haxed a 2-A nigh-omniscient conceptual being with resistance on the same scale while she was a 7-B" and given that upscaling is a thingshe can mind hax 5D people it's immensely more potent as a 2-A
