Blue Marvel versus Cosmic Ghost Rider

Neither one has an AP advanatge or at least one worth talking about. They both scale from people who are the top dogs in Marvel's 4-B department.

Rider is more experience by far with more devasting abilities. His normal Penanace Stare wouldn't mean much here due to the fact that Marvel hasn't really done anything that could be called evil or sin. Rider's enhanced version would kill him, however. Rider's Hellfire is also a problem as Marvel doesn't resist it. However, Rider is prone to major CIS, not using his abilities to their fullest and even forgeting he can do something. Plus, if the fight lasts long enough, he can mentally wear himself out from constantly employing his abilities.

Marvel is working with less but he's a far more focused and serious fighter. Plus, he has an actual defense with his forcefields. Also, he can use his own energy projection powers to help counter the Hellfire.

Conclusion: Incon. Rider could just up and win but that's not in his character to do so. His erractic behaviour means that it's quite possible for him to give Marvel openings and take hits he could have avoid. That allows the possibly for Marvel to just wear him down. On the other hand, the moment that Rider gets serious he'd lay Marvel out. It all just depends on how Rider would handle that and give that the guy is nuts, I don't feel truly safe in saying whether he would or wouldn't.
