Fear hax is passive in base, but only when Dante is serius, madness hax only on DT, but is take to work anyway.
Dante only scale to 2 universes, so Sonic have a pretty big advantage here, since he scale to 1000 universes iirc.
Dante start with Ebony and Yvory or Rebellion and tends to go DT very fast in character if the characters is comparable to him.
So this can go either way here honestly.

You guy are forgetting he can sense power levels, he will look at sonic and see he is in trouble

Dante senses power lvl, goes SDT and clashes with Sonic....gets fodderised due to absurd AP and Lifting Strength advantage and turns to fine blood mist....regens back and seals+BFR Sonic away.
