Blue Beetle Statistics

Blue Beetle is currently Tier: 5B/Planet Level, and the description says he's consistently shown to be comparible to the Green Lanterns. Additionally, his durability says he took hits from Guy Gardner and Lobo, who are both 4-B. Should Blue Beetle be upgraded? Or should those feats be considered outliers and have the descriptions changed? If it's truely consistent, then I would go with the former.
