Type 2 concept is beyond Tiamat, forgot she was even in the top strongest list. She only got there cause of type 5 acausality from what i remember.

Ap would only be relevant if she was an abstract or something, she is said to be the concept of omnipotence, but that was agreed to not be abstract a while ago. As for Tiamat's ap; Tiamat-Lilith>Tiamat with Original Lilith>Tiamat=God>Metatron>countless 2-B.

AP doesn't matter, he can simply enforce the law you cannot attack him, decrease her AP, and reduce her strength with his passive Shield Tendril, which makes even other 2-B's do "1s", when late game the PTs are deep into the hundreds and thousands.

Maruki, as a result of Cognition, has passive EE. His attacks are still thought-based though.

Funnily enough, "Blind Idiot God" only refers to Maruki's first key, Azathoth. So technically, Maruki is stomping without even needing Adam Kadmon.

But she can't do anything to him, his AP and Dura are higher, and he can simply enforce the law no moving after her attacks do no damage

How exactly would he be a statue? She can't get past Shield Tendril, which renders all of her attacks down to 1s and 2s, and he can enforce a law with just a thought. She'll attack him and she can't do anything with her speed, then she's halted.

He is a statue because he is two degrees of infinity slower then her, as in she can do a literal infinite amount of actions before Maruki is able to create such a thought

Also that barrier is useless, as it can’t reduce those attacks it is receiving faster then the attacks themselves hitting and defeating him
