So here uryu moved faster than light could hit his shadow. In order for him to accomplish this he has to be FTL.

This might be an outlier to gins bankai speed calc which is mach 1000.But the calc in itself is flawed as gin never said his bankai was 500x faster than sound. He only meant his bankai was 500x faster than his hand movement. And he lied about the whole thing anyway. Gin bankai also does not stretch 13 Km like the databooks claim. Gin says it's doesn't even stretch that long it just turns to dust and cutts down the city that's all. Data books are also secondary cannon to the manga anyway so gins statements hold.

1. Those verses have entirely different context.

2. If they have faulty scaling then downgrade them, "B-but what about X!!!?" isn't an argument.

This Uryu isn't Captain level, he needed Letzt Stil to beat Mayuri, he was getting blitzed previously.

Also, this Mayuri is rated as High Hypersonic currently...

Personally I hate the outlier argument, I feel like it gets thrown around way too often, but this is clearly an outlier, the only thing that could support it would be Negacion, but that isn't accepted as light speed.
