That's so clearly an analogy playing off of the fact that she's a duplicate of the previous Roca which was killed by Yammy, hence her being a "computer virus" in Mayuri's eyes since she's only comprised of the duplicated memories and information from the previous Roca.
The fact you actually interpreted this as Data Manipulation, rather than a blatant analogy about Roca's existence is surprising.

Both yhwach and Roca method ain't different from forming their existence. Also you are ignoring the context where Yhwach giving and taking back the abilities from others based on words embedded in their bodies.
This doens't disapprove anything. The fact she was able embody information to soul fragments backs up yhwach being able to do the same. He literally invented the methed to share his soul fragments by embodying letters and words.
