Bleach Matter manipulation and Teleportation Negation.

Yhwach and the Soul king can create barriers that restrict teleportation into the soul palace.

No they negate a persons ability to control it

The scans you have for what you're proposing don't actually demonstrate what you're talking about. The scan saying the Reishi in the area is under quincy control does not also demonstrate the Shinigami's ability to manipulate reishi. So all it would do, is be another feat for matter manipulation with the Quincy.

The scans for teleportation negation also doesn't mention either Yhwach or the Soul King as reason as to why that portal works. Instead, it just says it works because Ichigo let an opening, something that reads as unrelated to any of what Yhwach or the Soul King are up to.

Mostly Yhwach is just preventing the barriers to be open and remain closed since the Gotei 13 doesn’t have access to an Oken anymore they really can’t go through the barriers and that is the only way for them to get back there.

Reshi is pretty much the same as normal matter. They have atoms and molecules
