Ignoring whether this is calc stacking or not to address other concerns.
I don't agree with back scaling Gigi, Meni, and even Candi. Lil is the most powerful of the four confirmed and in fact saves Gigi with her superior speed. There's also a circular error here where in this calc makes Candi much faster than lightning. Granted the base should be separated from Vollstandig anyway so it would be:
Candi: Fast as lightning in base; Possibly Relativistic in Vollstandig (Comparable to Liltotto???)
Liltotto: Faster than lightning in base (Superior to Candi); Relativistic in Vollstandig.
Again that's just an example if you back scaled, which you shouldn't.
