Hmm, Ikkaku is kinda interesting to think of whether he could be x10. Even from the beginning of Bankai, he was slicing through Edrad no diff and only had issues because of Edrad amping his strikes to match Ryümon which inadvertently damaged the blade. At full power, Ikkaku one shot a max charged Volcanica so x10 would make sense for the meter being full. Alas, we don't have a statement for the x10 so people might not be so accepting. Sucks that it's dura doesn't go up as well.

I don't know what the "training" part has anything to do with the time he left since Byakuya did confirmed that he still trained to mastered his Shikai.
