Blast: Black Holes or Wormholes

I am having a discussion involving Saitama’s durability and the person in the argument brought up the fact that he survived Blasts Blackhole.
But the ability has shown little to no properties of a regular blackhole, So i am unsure if it is considered a blackhole or something more of a wormhole/portal?

Blast creates portals/wormholes for Teleportation, not black holes.
