Blanka hitches a ride on the wrong plane. Instead of going to Japan, to fight E. Honda in the World Warrior Tournament, he ends up in a private jet sent to a mysterious island not too far from the coast of Japan. On the bright side, It was packed with exotic fruits and juices that he'd never seen before. Without hesitation he begins his feast that he feels he so rightfully earned. After what was less than a meals worth, he collapses completely passed out. Unconscious on a route straight to the home of a very hungry monster. Blanka was such a heavy sleeper that the inevitable crash didn't even wake him, But what did was the quaking ground of large footsteps as Minilla poked his head out of the trees. Blanka thought he was cute but Minilla could only see and smell the juices covering little green mans body. Not noticing because the liquid was also green, Blanka attempts to befriend the giant. This does not go over well...

I think the best way for me to analyze this is to break it down into points for both characters.

Blanka is more combat savvy, and has experience dealing with animals, although he has never met ones that big. On the other hand, Minilla is naive and inexperienced, which would hinder him much in combat, especially for the next reasons.

Due to being much smaller and much more agile, Blanka should make it very difficult for for Minilla to keep track of him, considering the jungle environment which allows Blanka to hide, something he is a master at doing due to his experience as a hunter, and the color of his skin. In fact. Blanka can just hop, slide, roll, dig and jump around or even climb on the monster.
All of this while Minilla gets either confused or shoots randomly, and dodging a beam or jumping through a ring shouldn't be difficult for one who constantly rolls around like a wheel and can alter his direction in mid-air through self-momentum.

Another important thing to note, is that Minilla's 0.063 tons comes from the totality of his body moving around, which is naturally way higher than the output of force of his individual physical attacks, such as paw or tail attacks.
This is akin to the average human body reaching 9-C levels of energy while moving or running, while the same energy can't the exerted with a punch or a kick.
Conversely, Blanka has 0.04 tons AP and Dura because of single blows, making him overall both stronger and more durable than Minilla. He would also take even less damage due to his surface area being smaller, and for the same reason his attacks would hit harder, as he would focus 0.04 tons levels of force (which can be increased with Damage Boost) on an area that is way less durable than 0.063 tons, like a bullet.

Minilla has way higher LS, which would help him pinning down Blanka is he ever gets a chance at doing so, which will be rare, but lacks the overall AP to squash him like a bug.
Add the fact that Blanka can passively release electricity from his whole body, meaning he would electrocute Minilla whenever he tries to grab or stomp him.
Said electricity would also deal great damage to Minilla because, well, it's electricy, it shocks and burns you internally.


Minilla's regeneration and passive radiations might turn the tables, though.
I need to know the speed and effectiveness of the former, and the potency and effectives of the later.

Like most Godzillas the radiation comes from the original film were city blocks were loaded with radioactive material and people getting radiation sickness even if they weren't direct victim of the attack. However, because he is much smaller it is likely to a much less extent and it's very rarely ever brought up again in the series so it's likely that it's so minor it wouldn't have any immediate effect in the fight. Blanka might get cancer but that'll kill him WAY after the fight is over.

His regeneration though should be pretty effective. At birth, before he even opened his eyes, he was attacked by a swarm of Kamacuras with long and thin claws and had a boulder smash his face after. It's never elaborated on directly but his page says Mid-low

Imho, without further elaborations on how much damage he received, and how fast it healed, it might not even be legit regen, and I'd say it wouldn't allow Minilla to just shrug off damage anyway.

Since Blankas wincons were already discussed, Minilla could bodyslam Blanka onto a pancake, burn the fauna to expose him and find him with enhanced senses, throw him hard enough he won't survive the landing, chucking boulders, and burn him with radiation poisoning (if he lands a hit with his breath, otherwise it's minimal but a constant threat)

A difficult and unorthodox battle for sure but not a mismatch

Bodyslam Blanka wouldn't be easy, given if higher mobility and experience, and even then, Minilla lacks the necessary AP to truly squash him, as having only a LS advantage would only allow to pin him, but even then Blanka could just electrocute him.

The same goes for throwing Blanka away, Minilla lacks the AP necessary to inflict him hard damage in that way.
And grabbing Blanka would already be incredibly difficult for Minilla FRA, and Blanka could even counter being throw with his acrobatics, landing safely, reducing the damage or even just change direction in mid-air, since he can create self-momentum.

Chucking boulders also isn't that good, Minilla would also just throw large stuff to a small target that rolls and jumps around, which is already difficult on its own, and Minilla hasn't shown any particular skill or precision in doing that.
Blanka could also just smash the boulders with his own body, if they aren't too big for his AP to overcome.

Not a mismatch overall, I think, but Minilla has very little wincons.
