Godzilla VS The Iron Giant

I thought this was an interesting idea. Godzilla somehow appears in 1957 Maine and starts terrorizing the town of Rockwell. Hogarth encourages the Iron Giant to face the monster so that he can save the day, just like his hero, Superman.

Post-Mutation Godzilla is being used.

The Iron Giant has 8-B durability.

Godzilla's Atomic Breath and Iron Giant's Chest Cannon are Unrestricted

Starting distance is 65 m

Speed is equalized,

and Battle takes place in Rockwell, Maine

Godzilla's scales above 11.15 Tons of TNT, but to an unknown degree.

His Atomic Breath has a yield of 17.3 Megatons of TNT

The Iron Giant's AP is 50.87 Tons of TNT.

His Energy Cannon has a yield of 4.71 Megatons of TNT

The AP gap is roughly 4.56x, though they can one-shot each other if they get the chance to use the Atomic Breath and Chest Cannon respectively.

Hell yeah giant fight.
This is basically who can fire their big boy blast first. Even then, I believe that Giant's heat resistance can allow him to tank Goji's beam (albeit he'll still get splattered).
From what I've gathered, Zilla takes roughly 20+ seconds to charge and fire his big boy beam. Giant takes 6.
Giant should be able to get his big boy explosion off first. Will Giant get dismantled? Maybe. But more often times that not, he'll be able to come right back and at least within 24 hours going off the movie because I don't imagine his parts would get scattered too far away compared to the movie.
Going with Giant. Giant should be able to get his big chest beam off first and blow the both of them up but Giant will be able to come back but not Goji.
Giant, high diff.

Tbf, Giant can also just like, avoid it, he can fly, has better mobility, and even if he does get hit idk if it'd actually kill him instead of incap as the nuke he took point blank looking at armament info might've been in the megaton range too, and he could regen from that, and given he's not in upper atmosphere, he won't be blown across the planet (this also means Godzilla's base attacks won't do a goddamn thing to bro).
The fact his base attacks already can greatly harm Godzilla on top of mobility makes it worse.

The only issue I see is if Giant would even use his main armaments in a cognizant state, like if he isn't going all in, he might sandbag accidentally ad get blown apart and incapped under SBA.

The only reason he sandbagged in the movie was he got distracted by hogarth. That's not an issue here. He won't miss this time.

When I say sandbag, I mean fight properly at all. His usual state and his hostile state aren't the same thing.
Is he even aware that he has those abilities normally?

Apparently. He just doesn't fully transform until he is damaged. Even when he isn't fully transformed, his cannon can still send a tank flying up a few feet and well he has his tank vape cannon.
Now after he's transformed, he'll most likely try to maximize damage to Goji.
