I'm pretty darn sure Spidey is utterly overwhelmed. I mean, it's a three vs. one with each of them having numerous gadgets to throw at him and are used to working together and in tandem. Not too mention that Clover has her bionic enhancements due to SBA, meaning that Spidey may not even enjoy a physical advantage over her.
Really with the amount of stuff that can be thrown at him and the fact it will be coming from three separate sources working in unison, any advantage Spidey has is compensating for the overall disadvantage he's dealing with.

Spider-Man gets overwhelmed hard by the 3 of them working together, not even the ap advantage would work since they’ll literally outsmart, outmaneuver and just neg him. Parker can’t do anything here

He literally only has supersonic speed reactions while the girls have relativistic

Yeah it'd be more appropriate if spidey fought one of the girls, not all 3 then. Probably a stomp.
