1.0 - Upscaling to High-6B
Kind of a short one here but Black Samson is shown to be able to harm the likes of Octoboss alongside Yeti.

This is important to note because Octoboss earlier on in the series actually manages to beat the snot out of a casual Mark

But uh yeah, that’s pretttyyy much it for this one! Lemme know how anyone who cares feels about it.

@Tahoy49574 How you feeling about this? I kinda came to this conclusion since similar characters like Bulletproof have (Knocked out the Giant alongside Brit) for Attack Potency. And both Yeti and Black Samson are called to the effort in comboing him, drawing blood with their punches.

He notably even bull rushes Octoboss in this same panel too, so I don’t know if you guys would wanna slap this on his page too.

Yeah but I feel like it should still be counted for, I mean he’s weaker than Yeti sure but he’s no lightweight in that regard. And yeah that LS upgrade seems fine

Black Samson is indeed the weakest of the OG guardians. He's fine just upscaling the city-leveling statement

Did forget about this bit, but I did assume Samson probably just got stronger since the new guardians do train to hone their skills against villains such as Mastermind but I’m just going off this one little thing though its prob not that important.
